He Just Doesn't Get It

In his latest move to be perceived as the populist warrior, President Obama has decided once again to bash the banks.  As Larry Kudlow writes, Obama rewards losers, punishes winners with his policies.  Socking the banks with this new tax will not affect them one bit because they will just pass it on to all of us.  Once again, President Obama shows that he just doesn't get it when it comes to the economy.
